Decadent Elegance is a Los Angeles based, minority-owned business that designs, embellish and decorate. We are from a family of crafters which we have incorporated our skills into our business. We provide a line of embellish clothes and handmade jewelry. Decadent Elegance uses rhinestones and crystals to embellish pre-printed cotton organic shirts for retail and promotional items. Our promotional t-shirts are great for any occasion We are also here to help with your event planning or interior design needs.
